Product coming from organic cultivation, harvested at the right point of ripeness, dried in the sun to 95% (inside ventilated covered greenhouses), subsequently chopped into flakes or ground into powder or whole, according to needs.

Tips for use

Ideal for flavoring foods and facilitating digestion.
Commonly used to season pasta and buttered gnocchi, to prepare sauces, roast and stewed meats, fish, legumes, aromatic oils and vinegars. The leaves can be fried in batter.
Therapeutic properties: digestive, cholagogue, bechic, expectorant, tonic-stimulant, antiseptic. For external use, as an anti-inflammatory in inflammation of the oral cavity.
