Product coming from organic cultivation, harvested at the right point of ripeness, dried in the sun to 95% (inside ventilated covered greenhouses), subsequently chopped into flakes or ground into powder or whole, according to needs.

Tips for use

Lavender offers numerous uses ranging from natural medicine to the world of cosmetics and perfumes. The flowers   of the edge  they are used as lavender sachets to perfume rooms and to add to neutral detergents. In the kitchen, lavender celebrates its rebirth.  The flowers delight eyes and palates with their beauty and aroma. Fresh flowers are candied or added to salads, jams, jellies and ice cream. Marinated in vinegar and white wine, they offer us an exquisite herb vinegar to use for a particular vinaigrette and a wine with a delicate flavour. Baked sweets and desserts flavored with lavender have a very refined flavor.  Create a fragrant lavender flower mousse or add it to your biscuits.
